How to close the week without carrying it into the weekend

Fridays used to be my most anxious day.

I’d look back at the week and see everything I didn’t finish. The emails I didn’t answer. The tasks I didn’t complete. The goals I didn’t hit. I’d feel behind, disappointed, and already dreading Monday.

Then I realized something. Friday isn’t a report card. It’s not a judgment on your worth. It’s just a day to close the week gently, so you can rest without the weight of what’s undone.

This is the sixth piece in my daily rebuild series. Sunday was the reset. Monday was the start. Tuesday was focus. Wednesday was recalibration. Thursday was connection. Friday is about completion.
